 In matrimonial disputes people support woman even before knowing the truth - who is really guilty. Though this is an anomaly to common sense, one can contend this with the thought that women are suppressed for ages so there might be a greater for a chance of a man to be guilty.

Any right thinking person will not differentiate between a man and a woman for justice, but courts do. Surprising!!! And they also call this justice.

Any law if due to it inadequacies infringe a man’s rights or causes loss, the institution that is responsible for framing such law and also the implementing authority should take the responsibility and compensate the victim adequately
